Polypropylene (PP)

Polypropylene (PP) is a polymer made from ethylene and propylene, both of which are derived from crude oil. PP films are highly transparent and are safe for food contact. Therefore, they are particularly suitable for protecting sweets, vegetables, spices, bakery products, etc. Moreover, due to their physiological harmlessness, they are good for storing medical products as well as hygiene and cosmetic products. PP can be manufactured in the following grades: OPP and CPP.
