Our paper comes exclusively from FSC®-certified forest regions. With the seal of the Forest Stewardship Council® organisation, the sustainability of your packaging is directly visible to your customers! You can print the seal on your pouches in portrait or landscape format.

FSC®-certification

This add-on is commonly used in the pouching industry. The Standard Zipper is located at the top of your package. It can be easily opened and closed. Also, thanks to the wide opening, the Standard Zipper enables easy access to the product for your customers.

Standard Zipper

An aroma valve allows CO2 to escape while preventing air from entering. Your contents remain protected without the packaging inflating or bursting. An absolute must for <a target="_blank" href="/redirect/be760f2d-6c4f-435b-8087-5f8d0aee62dd">coffee packaging</a>!

Aroma valve

The Pocket Zipper is located only in the front of the packaging. Your customers can easily open it by pulling the pull tab, pour the content in portions and close it airtight after usage. This add-on allows you to open the pouch particularly wide during the filling process - which is most useful for coffee filling. Due to production processes, packaging is supplied with the Pocket zipper closed by default.

FSC®-certified paper (FSC®-C170984), with plastic film made from renewable raw materials (PLA): Ideal for products that do not clump (e.g. dry products such as sugar substitutes, nuts and all forms of muesli).

Biobased Ben

Metallised mono-plastic (polypropylene): Excellent for products that need particularly high UV protection (e.g. coffee, tea, CBD and tobacco).

Metallised Martha

FSC®-certified paper (FSC®-C170984), with strong inner protective layer (PET): Optimally suited for a variety of products (e.g. coffee, snacks, CBD, supplements and tea).

Robust Robin

Plastic mono-material (polypropylene) with ALox-based inner layer: Excellent for products that need particularly high oxygen protection (e.g. granola, pet food and snacks).

Our flat pouches equipped with a Euro hole are the ideal packaging solution for you if you wish to showcase your product in a hanging display at the point of sale.

The Packiro stand-up pouches are handy, functional and don&#039;t take up too much volume. In short: opt for our stand-up pouches if you are looking for an all-rounder and eye-catcher to showcase on the sales shelf.

Our flat bottom pouches are particularly durable and resistant. Because of the integrated aroma valve, these pouches are the best fit for coffee products.

Are you looking for flowpacks, stick packs or sachets to package products such as bars und crisps or even cosmetic wipes with your individual design? Then our flowpacks (supplied as a roll) are just the thing for you!

Our standard production and delivery takes 15 to 20 working days (stand-up pouches and flat pouches) or 20 to 35 working days (flat bottom pouches) after approval of the designs.

Standard

Speed it up with Express: your packaging is produced and delivered 3 to 4 weeks after your designs have been approved. The shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity of packaging ordered.

Express

The fastest way: receive your pouches within 10 working days. Production and delivery is calculated from the day of design approval. If approval is given before 10:00 a.m., production starts on the same day. If approval is given later, production does not start until the next day.

Express+

Our standard production and delivery takes 15 to 20 working days (stand-up pouches and flat pouches) or 20 to 35 working days (flat bottom pouches) after approval of the designs.

By adding an express option, the production time can be reduced to up to 10 working days.If the print data is uploaded today, the following delivery times apply:

Basic package

You already have a logo &amp; your brand identity, but your design elements have not yet been implemented on packaging? We configure your designs professionally (design according to the current LMIV regulations, as well as for GS1 conformity).

Standard package

The idea is good, but the paper is still blank? This is how you get your new brand world in the art director&#039;s cut, from the first scribble to the final polish in the full design service.

Premium package

Our automatic design check shows you directly after uploading your design whether it is printable or whether you should still make adjustments. You get detailed feedback on everything from colour space to image sizes.

Basic check

When you book the professional check, you put the detailed check in the hands of our experienced design team: you get feedback, for example, on whether the bila-white layer matches the artwork layer and whether the special effect you want is achieved. We also make sure that no important information is located near the seal area.

Expert check
