How do I fill your flat bottom pouch?
Filling your new Packiro flat-bottom pouches is no rocket science. You can either do it by hand, fully automated or semi-automated.
To give you a better idea of the filling process, we will show you how to fill coffee beans in this video.
After filling, simply close the pouch with the integrated pocket zipper. Last but not least, seal the top edges with a heat sealing machine.

What products can I fill into flat bottom pouches?
Flat bottom pouches are suitable for almost all products. Depending on the sensitivity of your product, we can recommend different materials. If you sell coffee, for example, you should choose the excellent UV protection of our "Martha" material. If, on the other hand, your food is particularly susceptible to oxygen, the packaging material "Toni" is the right choice for you. Heavy products (e.g. large quantities of protein powder) are best packaged in Robin, as it is particularly stable.
How do I close the pouch?
You can close our pouches with a zipper. In addition, we recommend sealing the top edges with a heat sealing machine for sales.
Can harmful substances get into my food from the packaging?
No. All companies involved in the manufacturing process of our bags work according to the BRCGS guidelines. This means that the materials are as suitable for food contact and your product is not affected by foreign odours or the taste of the packaging.
