Where are resealable pouches used?
Resealable pouches are lightweight, space-saving and practical, making them a widely used packaging solution. Especially in the food, dietary supplement and sweets industries, they are more in demand than ever for storage. As a storage pack, they stand out due to their resealability.
What types of resealable pouches are there?
Our resealable pouches for printing are available in three forms: As stand-up pouches, flat bottom pouches and flat pouches. Stand-up pouches are our all-rounders and suitable for almost everything, flat bottom pouches are particularly sturdy and stable and flat pouches can be hung up perfectly at the point of sale thanks to their Euro hole - directly at eye level with your customers.
Sind Druckverschlussbeutel bei Auslieferung geöffnet oder verschlossen?
By default, the pressure closures, also called zippers, are closed when delivered. However, we can also deliver your bags open on request. You can simply select this in the order process.
Our flat bottom pouches come with a so-called pocket zipper, which is additionally protected by a tear notch. Here, the bags are opened as wide as possible, which makes filling easy for you. Our flat bottom pouches are a popular choice, especially for coffee packaging.
Can I pack food with the resealable pouch?
Yes. All our packaging materials are certified for food contact.
What are the advantages of resealable pouches?
A resealable pouch has a number of advantages:
Multiple use, as the zipper can be opened and closed again as often as desired
Space-saving alternative to conventional packaging such as cans, jars or cartons
Protection against dust, moisture and other external influences, even after repeated opening
What material are the resealable pouches made of?
All closures of our resealable pouches are made of the same plastic as the corresponding packaging itself.
For Martha & Toni we exclusively use the high-quality, fully recyclable mono-plastic polyprolyene (PP). This makes them fully recyclable!
For Robin, in addition to FSC®-certified paper, a plastic film made of ldpe (low density polyethylene) and PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is used. This makes it particularly stable!
With Ben, we use FSC®-certified paper and PLA (polylactide) plastic, which is a bio-based plastic.

What do you pack in the small and large pouch sizes?
Depending on what you want to pack, you can choose a different shape. Flat and stand-up pouches in small sizes are ideal for storing small products such as filters, CBD flowers or capsules. Stand-up pouches and flat bottom pouches are often used as refill or storage pouches - perfect for protein powder, pet food or cosmetic products.
