Polypropylene is a versatile synthetic material belonging to the family of polyolefins. Compared to other synthetic materials, polypropylene has a low environmental impact during production. The material is also particularly suitable for recycling processes.
PP films are highly transparent and are safe for food contact. Therefore, they are particularly suited to preserve sweets, vegetables, spices, bakery products, etc. Moreover, due to their physiological harmlessness, they are good for storing medical products as well as hygiene and cosmetic products. PP can be manufactured in the following grades: OPP and CPP.
