Shipping & Cancellation

How does shipping work?

The delivery of packages is carried out by parcel services (DPD, DHL, UPS) and can also arrive at the customer's address on Saturdays. Delivery by freight forwarders (Dachser or similar) takes place during weekdays from Monday to Friday, possibly with prior notification. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, either a new attempt will be made on the next working day, or the package will be made available for pickup at a parcel service branch (only for package deliveries). Customer pickups from the production site are not possible.

How much does shipping cost?

When purchasing packaging materials, the shipping costs are determined based on the selected packaging type (e.g., stand-up pouch, flat bag, etc.), additional options, quantity, and the destination country. If multiple packaging types are ordered within one order, multiple delivery costs may apply.

Due to the various cost factors involved, the specific shipping costs can only be determined in the shopping cart.

What shipping options are available?

We currently only offer standard insured shipping in our online store. You will receive your order 4-7 weeks after your designs have been approved. If you have any questions about delivery times, please contact our customer service team.

How does delivery via freight forwarding work?

After the production is completed and handed over to the respective carrier, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent by email. In some cases, certain special shipments may not have a tracking number provided.

For a larger number of packages, delivery will be made on pallets. The delivery will be made to the specified destination. Euro pallets will be taken back by the freight forwarder, while one-way pallets will remain with the delivery. The freight forwarder has the necessary means for delivery (pallet jacks, etc.). Any delivery restrictions, such as time windows or contact persons, must be provided at the time of ordering or communicated to the respective sales representative in advance.
