Since our company was founded in 2020 by Felix Bischopink and Jens Adrio, we have pursued the vision of providing companies of all sizes with easy access to innovative, sustainable packaging solutions. We support our partners in using resources responsibly and developing tailor-made packaging solutions with digital services and personalised advice. Our team of around 70 Packiro employees can draw on over 190 years of expertise in the printing and packaging industry from our parent company, Siegwerk Druckfarben AG.

Everything about your start at Packiro
1. We receive your application
We will get back to you as soon as possible. Because appreciation begins with reliability.
2. Initial interview (approx. 45 minutes)
In a casual conversation with your future supervisor and HR, we want to get to know you: who you are, what motivates you – and whether we are a good fit for each other.
3. Second interview (optional, approx. 30 minutes)
Here, we go into more depth – both professionally and personally. You will speak with your supervisor and a team member.
4. Office interview with case study (approx. 90 minutes)
You will gain insights into our daily work, get to know other colleagues and work on a practical task. This will allow you to experience how we think – and how well you fit in.
5. On-site interview & development plan
Together, we will create a personalised roadmap for your personal development. You will get to know our office and some of your colleagues on site.
6. Decision & contract
At the final appointment, we will discuss any remaining questions. You will then receive the employment contract for electronic signature.
7. Onboarding
Prior to your first day, we will prepare your onboarding process so that nothing stands in the way of your start.
