Standard

Depending on your selected packaging configuration and your shipping country, production and delivery times range from 10 to 25 working days after your designs have been approved.

Express

Available for our stand-up pouches and flat pouches for an additional charge of €500. This is subject to your designs having been successfully uploaded and approved at checkout. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee express delivery within 5-10 working days (depending on selected configuration & destination).

For deliveries that require customs clearance and shipping to islands, additional costs may apply. For delivery to an European country not listed above, please contact us in advance for inquiries.

Shipping times are calculated based on your packaging configuration and the destination country. Shipping times only apply once your designs have been uploaded and approved. The following shipping times generally apply:

Standard:

• 10–15 working days for stand-up pouches and flat pouches made from Martha & Toni materials in sizes M, L and XL

• 15–20 working days for stand-up pouches and flat pouches made from Martha & Toni materials in sizes XXS, XS, S and XXL & Robin (all sizes)

• 20–25 working days for stand-up pouches and flat pouches made from Nils or Ben materials (all sizes)

Express:

• 5 working days for stand-up pouches and flat pouches made from Martha & Toni materials (Germany)

  • + 2 working days to all EU member countries

  • + 5 working days to all non-EU member countries

• 10 working days for stand-up pouches and flat pouches made from Nils & Robin materials (Germany)

  • + 2 working days to all EU member countries

  • + 5 working days to all non-EU member countries

Current information on delivery times for our flat bottom pouches:

Demand for our flat bottom pouches is currently particularly high. We can therefore only determine your exact production and delivery times once our team has manually confirmed your production time window.

Simply contact our customer service team – we will ensure that your order is ready as soon as possible.

When purchasing packaging materials, the shipping costs are determined based on the selected packaging type (e.g., stand-up pouch, flat pouch etc.), additional options (e.g. Express delivery), quantity, and the destination country. If multiple packaging types are ordered within one order, multiple delivery costs may apply.

Due to the various cost factors involved, the specific shipping costs can only be applied during checkout.

The shipping of your order is carried out by parcel services (DPD, DHL, UPS) and can also arrive at the customer's address on Saturdays. Delivery by freight forwarders (Dachser or similar) takes place during weekdays from Monday to Friday, possibly with prior notification. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, either a new attempt will be made on the next working day, or the package will be made available for pickup at a parcel service branch (only for package deliveries). Customer pickups from the production site are not possible.

After the production is completed and handed over to the respective carrier, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent by email. In some cases, certain special shipments may not have a tracking number provided.

For a larger number of packages, delivery will be made on pallets. Your order will be shipped to the specified destination (shipping address). Euro pallets will be taken back by the freight forwarder, while one-way pallets will remain with the delivery. The freight forwarder has the necessary means for delivery (pallet jacks, etc.). Any delivery restrictions, such as time windows or contact persons, must be provided at the time of ordering or communicated to the respective sales representative in advance.
