With our packaging solutions, sustainability and recyclability of materials are always a priority. That's why we exclusively produce in Europe, allowing us to keep delivery routes short.
Pouches have a better carbon footprint than tubs and jars
Energy-efficient manufacturing and minimal material consumption already contribute to a lower carbon footprint compared to glass or cans. Less material also means less waste.
Doypacks weigh only 1/20th of the weight of glass jars. This reduction in weight helps minimise fuel and transportation costs. Moreover, a pouch is extremely robust, capable of withstanding pressure and not breaking in the event of a fall. When unfilled, they are also flat and compact - a significant advantage for storage.

Our packaging offers a premium matt finish and high-resolution printing with vibrant colors. Metallic effects, individual transparent windows or a sustainable paper look, set your packaging apart from the rest.

By placing your order, you are supporting our environmental initiatives
Through the purchase of our paper packagings (Robin and Ben), we, in partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects (reforestation of tropical areas), plant one tree for every 100 paper pouches ordered. 🌳
For orders of our recyclable plastic materials, we donate 5 euros per order to the K.R.A.K.E. (Cologne-Rhine Cleanup Command Unit), which uses their innovative trash trap to collect plastic waste from the Rhine River and clean up local forest and natural areas.
Frequently asked questions about our supplements packaging
Which material is best suited for supplements packaging?
Sports nutrition and supplements can be filled into all the pouches we offer. The reason for this is that all companies involved in the manufacturing process are BRCGS Packaging certified. This ensures that your packaging is food-safe. We recommend a material structure with excellent UV and moisture protection, such as our Metallised Martha or Robust Robin materials.
How much does packaging cost per item?
The prices for our packaging vary depending on the quantity selected, the material and your desired size. You can see all prices listed transparently in our configurator.
Which add-ons can I use to embellish my packaging?
You can equip your stand-up pouches and flat pouches with a zipper for resealing. Our flat bottom pouches habe an optional pocket zipper for easier filling of the pouch as well as an aroma / de-gassing valve. Both stand-up pouches and flat pouches are available with a Euro hole for hanging on the shelf / display or at the checkout.

Where does the packaging production take place?
Our stand-up pouches, flat bottom pouches and flat pouches are produced and printed in Germany and our EU neighbouring countries. This proximity means that processes can be better controlled and optimised more quickly. Material safety is also guaranteed at all times. We avoid long transport routes and therefore consume less CO2. After all, as a packaging manufacturer, we have a great responsibility for our environment and put the minimisation of our ecological footprint on our agenda every day.
