Advantages of pouches vs. tubs & jars
Printed pouches cost less. They weigh only 1/20th of the weight of jars, reducing fuel and transportation costs. When unfilled, they are flat and compact - a significant advantage for storage. Nevertheless, pouches are extremely robust, withstanding pressure and not breaking in the event of a fall.
Energy-efficient manufacturing and low material consumption reduce the carbon footprint. Less material also means less waste. Thus, our materials are recyclable, negating the perceived advantage of glass.
Are your products high-quality? Our packaging is too!
Our packaging offers a premium matt finish and high-resolution printing with vibrant colours. Metallic effects, individual transparent windows or a sustainable paper look, set your packaging apart from the rest.
In addition to influencing purchasing decisions, fully printed packaging provides ample space for conveying information about ingredients, contents, nutritional values, etc.

By placing your order, you are supporting our environmental initiatives
Through the purchase of our paper packagings (Robin and Ben), we, in partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects (reforestation of tropical areas), plant one tree for every 100 paper pouches ordered. 🌳
For orders of our recyclable plastic materials, we donate 5 euros per order to the K.R.A.K.E. (Cologne-Rhine Cleanup Command Unit), which uses their innovative trash trap to collect plastic waste from the Rhine River and clean up local forest and natural areas.

Frequently asked questions about our supplements packaging
When will I receive my ordered powder packs?
We will of course endeavour to produce your order and send it to you as quickly as possible. Depending on when you order in the cycle and which delivery option you choose, the delivery time is between 10 working days and 7 weeks.
Where does the packaging production take place?
Our stand-up pouches, flat bottom pouches and flat pouches are produced and printed in Germany and our EU neighbouring countries. This proximity means that processes can be better controlled and optimised more quickly. Material safety is also guaranteed at all times. We avoid long transport routes and therefore consume less CO2. After all, as a packaging manufacturer, we have a great responsibility for our environment and put the minimisation of our ecological footprint on our agenda every day.
Which add-ons can I use to embellish my packaging?
If you opt for the Toni or Martha materials, you can print the "Made for Recycling" logo on your packaging. The FSC® logo would be possible for Robin, Ben & Nils, as they contain paper from sustainable sources. Of course, you can also equip your stand-up pouches and flat pouches with a zipper for resealing. Our block bottom bags can even be fitted with a pocket zipper for easier filling of the pouch and an aroma protection valve. Both stand-up pouches and flat pouches are available with a Euro hole for hanging on the shelf or at the checkout.
How much does packaging cost per item?
The unit price depends on the type of bag, material, size, add-ons and quantity you order. The more you order, the cheaper it will be. Therefore, the range is also very vague from €0.22 to €1.22. We recommend that you order the sample pack first and test the materials. If you still want to know the exact price in advance, you can calculate your price in the configurator.
Which material is best suited for supplements packaging?
Sports nutrition and supplements can be filled into all the pouches we offer. The reason for this is that all companies involved in the manufacturing process are BRCGS Packaging certified. This ensures that your packaging is food-safe. We recommend a material structure with excellent UV and moisture protection, such as our Metallised Martha or Robust Robin materials.
