How you can use our flowpacks

Sustainability in focus: The certifications of our flowpacks

Made for Recycling certification

Plastic rethought: Innovative & recyclable

Most flexible packaging is made from multi materials that are burned after use. We want to change that - by contributing to a functioning circular economy with our recyclable packaging made of mono-plastic.

For this purpose, we got the recyclability of our plastic packaging tested by Interseroh+, one of the leading environmental and recycling experts. The result: Our materials "Martha" and "Toni" are excellently recyclable and are therefore allowed to bear the recognized "Made for Recycling" certification.

Paper from sustainable forestry

For the production of our paper-based packaging "Robin" and "Ben", the sustainability of the used wood is our focus.

Their paper is FSC®-certified and thus comes exclusively from regions that have been audited by the international non-profit organization Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) and meet the strict requirements of sustainable forestry.

Frequently asked questions about our flowpacks/sachets
flowpacks  (or also tubular bags) and sachets are packages with "fin seams", usually without resealing. They are particularly suitable for food, e.g. muesli bars, crisps or spaghetti. Coffee is also packaged in them. In addition, flowpacks are popular solutions for packaging cosmetic or cleaning wipes. They are also popular for trial packs.
flowpacks are lightweight and material-saving packaging and thus help to use fewer resources and protect the environment. They are ideal for packaging products that do not require resealing. Flowpacks are sealed directly around the product after filling.

Sachets are supplied on rolls, individual sizes are possible here. In digital printing, the maximum width is 740mm, the maximum height 1100 mm, due to the machines. Within these dimensions, all sizes are possible.

We are able to optimally implement everything from very small quantities to large orders. In our inventory analysis, we evaluate the cost-optimal solution together with you.
flowpacks are filled and sealed with filling and packaging machines. Manual filling and sealing is therefore not possible. Suitable machines include VFFS and HFFS machines.
The price depends on various components: the chosen material, the number of running metres and more. We will be happy to prepare your individual offer based on your key data - just contact us at  info@packiro.com.
Our rollstock for flowpacks/sachets is produced within the EU. Proximity means that processes can be better controlled and optimised more quickly. It also keeps our transport distances short and the impact on the climate low.
