Stand-up pouches and what makes them special
Stand-up pouches, also known as Doypacks, are very popular among our customers because they are a versatile choice for a wide range of products. These products include food, pet food, fitness products, as well as non-food items like cosmetics and textiles.
They stand upright and stable on the retail shelf thanks to their bottom. With a zipper, they are resealable and ensure long-lasting freshness for your products due to their excellent barrier properties. Their large opening allows for quick and easy filling.
Stand-up pouches boast the best CO2 footprint
An energy-efficient production and minimal material usage already reduce the CO2 footprint compared to glass or cans. Less material also means less waste. Another benefit is that Doypacks weigh just 1/20 of the weight of glass containers. This reduces fuel and transportation costs. When unfilled, they are flat and compact - a significant advantage for storage.
In addition, the stand-up pouch is extremely durable, as it can withstand pressure and does not shatter if dropped. Finally, our materials are recyclable, negating the perceived advantage of glass.

For orders of our recyclable plastic materials, we donate 5 euros per order to the K.R.A.K.E. (Cologne-Rhine Cleanup Command Unit), which uses their innovative trash trap to collect plastic waste from the Rhine River and clean up local forest and natural areas.

Our stand-up pouches (also called doypacks) are ideal for a variety of product types thanks to their pressure closure & their strong protective properties against oxygen, moisture and UV radiation. The materials are certified food safe and odorless:

Which add-ons are useful?
If you choose the materials "Transparent Toni" or "Metallised Martha", you can print the "Made for Recycling" seal on your packaging. For Robin, Ben & Nils the FSC® seal is possible. For our biobased packaging Ben, you can also choose the "OK biobased" seal.
Most of our material variants have a pressure closure (zip closure) implemented as standard and are therefore available as resealable pouches (except Nils).
I don't have anyone to create the design for me. Can you do it?
No problem, we are happy to support you in creating your designs. As part of our design service, you can choose between three different packages. You can find more information here: design service
Where does the production of the packaging take place?
All our flexible packaging forms are produced and printed in Germany and other EU countries. Proximity means that processes can be better controlled and optimised more quickly. Material safety is also always guaranteed. We avoid long transport routes and thus consume less CO2. After all, as a packaging manufacturer we have a great responsibility for our environment and put minimising our ecological footprint on our agenda every day.
How long is the delivery time?
The regular production and delivery time (standard) is 4-6 weeks for our stand-up and flat pouches and 4-7 weeks for our flat-bottom pouches. If you want it to be quicker, you can choose Express (3-4 weeks) or Express+ (10 working days) for our stand-up and flat pouches. The prices for our packaging vary depending on the selected quantity, the material and your desired size. You can see all prices listed transparently in our configurator.
