What we achieve as a team
For us, sustainable always means promoting a circular economy: we conserve resources by reusing materials several times and reducing the need for new raw materials. In addition to our commitment to sustainable packaging, we get active as a team ourselves: by supporting environmental organisations or by regularly collecting rubbish in Cologne.

Everything about your start at Packiro
1. Uncomplicated online application
You apply for your desired job via our website. We will get back to you within 7 days.
2. First video call
We get to know each other in a first video call, because: We want to learn as much as possible about you - and you can gain a first impression of Packiro.
3. Small challenge
Depending on the position and task, we will invite you to a small, fair trial task. You get more insight into the job and we get to see how you work.
4. Interview on site & development plan
Together we will design an individual roadmap for your personal development. On site, you will get to know our office and some of our colleagues.
5. Decision & Contract
In the last appointment, we discuss the last open questions. Afterwards, you will receive the employment contract for digital signature.
6. Onboarding
Even before your first day, we prepare your onboarding process so that nothing stands in the way of your start.
