What are flat pouches, and when are they particularly suitable?
Flat pouches are flat packaging without a bottom. Thanks to their Euro hole, they can be hung on the display hook at the checkout, allowing you to perfectly showcase your products at eye level with your customers. They are suitable for a variety of contents, including food, pet food, fitness products, as well as non-food products such as cosmetics or textiles. With a zipper, they are resealable and ensure long-lasting freshness for your products, thanks to their excellent barrier properties. Their large opening allows for quick and easy filling.
Flat pouches are 20% more sustainable than stand-up pouches
Stand-up pouches are more sustainable than glass or cans due to energy-efficient production and efficient material usage. Flat pouches take this a step further: they lack the stand-up bottom, which allows for an additional 20% reduction in material consumption. This not only improves their CO2 footprint but also saves you money in production, shipping and storage. Furthermore, less material means less waste.

Through the purchase of our paper packagings (Robin and Ben), we, in partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects (reforestation of tropical areas), plant one tree for every 100 paper pouches ordered. 🌳
For orders of our recyclable plastic materials, we donate 5 euros per order to the K.R.A.K.E. (Cologne-Rhine Cleanup Command Unit), which uses their innovative trash trap to collect plastic waste from the Rhine River and clean up local forest and natural areas.

What are the advantages of a flat pouches?
Flat pouches are the most resource-efficient among pouch packaging: Compared to flexible packaging with a bottom (stand-up pouches), they save up to 20% of material!

For which products are flat pouches particularly suitable?
Flat pouches are suitable for a wide range of products: From pet food to snacks, accessories, textiles, candy, cereals, nuts and even tofu. The small sizes are optimal for trial packs or giveaways.
I don't have anyone to create the design for me. Can you do it?
No problem, we are happy to support you in creating your designs. As part of our design service, you can choose between three different packages. You can find more information here: design service
Where does the production of the packaging take place?
All our flexible packaging forms are produced and printed in Germany and other EU countries. Proximity means that processes can be better controlled and optimised more quickly. Material safety is also always guaranteed. We avoid long transport routes and thus consume less CO2. After all, as a packaging manufacturer we have a great responsibility for our environment and put minimising our ecological footprint on our agenda every day.
How long is the delivery time?
The regular production and delivery time (standard) is 4-6 weeks for our stand-up and flat pouches and 4-7 weeks for our flat-bottom pouches. If you want it to be quicker, you can choose Express (3-4 weeks) or Express+ (10 working days) for our stand-up and flat pouches.
