Flat bottom pouches and what makes them special
The flat bottom pouch, also known as a block bottom bag or box pouch, features a flat square bottom that gives it exceptional stability. With an extra-wide opening and a pocket zipper, it can be easily and quickly filled.
An optional aroma valve allows carbon dioxide (CO2) from freshly roasted coffee beans to vent, preventing the packaging from becoming inflated or bursting without allowing oxygen from the outside.

Your products typically require packaging that keeps them fresh and shields them from spoilage. Our flat bottom pouches offer laboratory-tested barrier protection against oxygen, UV light, fats, contaminants, and microorganisms.
In addition to safeguarding against internal and external influences, your packaging should also be sturdy to withstand transportation and storage, resisting shocks, moisture, and temperature fluctuations.
Individually and fully customizable
From 500 pieces onwards, the front and back of your flat bottom pouches can be printed with your unique designs. Starting from 2,500 pieces, you can also customize the bottoms and sides.
Depending on the materials you choose, metallic glossy surfaces, individually designable see-through windows, or natural kraft paper looks can turn your packaging into real eye-catchers on the store shelf.

Through the purchase of our paper packagings (Robin and Ben), we, in partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects (reforestation of tropical areas), plant one tree for every 100 paper pouches ordered. 🌳
For orders of our recyclable plastic materials, we donate 5 euros per order to the K.R.A.K.E. (Cologne-Rhine Cleanup Command Unit), which uses their innovative trash trap to collect plastic waste from the Rhine River and clean up local forest and natural areas.

Frequently asked questions about our flat bottom pouches
What are the advantages of printed flat bottom pouches?
Flat bottom pouches are particularly high quality due to their stable and robust packaging form. Their orderable aroma valve makes them the ideal coffee packaging. With their five printable areas, they offer many possibilities for emotionalization, storytelling and convincing your customers.
What can I fill in flat bottom pouches?
Flat bottom pouches are suitable for almost all products. Depending on the sensitivity of your product, we can recommend different materials. For example, if you sell coffee, you should choose the excellent UV protection of our "Martha" material. If, on the other hand, your food is particularly susceptible to oxygen, the packaging material "Toni" is the right choice for you. Heavy goods (e.g. large quantities of protein powder) are best packaged in Robin, as it is particularly stable.
Which add-ons are useful?
If you choose the materials "Transparent Toni" or "Metallized Martha", you can print the "Made for Recycling" seal on your packaging. For Robin the FSC® seal is possible. If you want to package coffee, you can add our recyclable flavor valve. A zipper for resealing is standard on our block bottom bags.
I don't have anyone to create the design for me. Can you do it?
No problem, we are happy to support you in creating your designs. As part of our design service, you can choose between three different packages. You can find more information here: design service
Where does the production of the packaging take place?
All our flexible packaging forms are produced and printed in Germany and other EU countries. Proximity means that processes can be better controlled and optimised more quickly. Material safety is also always guaranteed. We avoid long transport routes and thus consume less CO2. After all, as a packaging manufacturer we have a great responsibility for our environment and put minimising our ecological footprint on our agenda every day.
How long is the delivery time?
