Flexo printing
The flexographic printing process is an analogue printing process and is best suited for large quantities with more than 10,000 packages per print image.

Frequently Asked Questions about our Roll Stock
What are the advantages of roll stock?
Roll stock, i.e. packaging film without customisation, can be cut to individual lengths and widths. They are primarily used by customers who have their own packaging machine and therefore seal their pouch packaging themselves.
Roll stock is also required when simultaneous filling and sealing is necessary (for example when packaging muesli bars).
For which packaging sizes does Packiro offer roll material?
Customised sizes are possible for roll stock. In digital printing, the maximum width is 740 mm and the maximum height 1100 mm, depending on the machines. All sizes are possible within these dimensions.
Which wrapping schemes are possible?
We are very flexible when it comes to wrapping schemes and can offer all options.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We are able to optimally realise everything from the smallest quantities to large orders. In our inventory analysis, we work with you to evaluate the most cost-effective solution.
For which packaging machines is the roll stock suitable?
There are no exclusions on our part here. VFFS and HFFS machines are particularly suitable, but we can also find a suitable solution for all other machines.
What is the price of roll stock?
The price depends on various components: the chosen material, the number of running metres and more. We will be happy to provide you with a customised quote based on your key data - simply contact us at info@packiro.com.
When will I receive my ordered roll stock?
We will of course endeavour to produce your order and send it to you as quickly as possible. Depending on when you order in the cycle and which delivery option you choose, the production and delivery time is between 10 working days and 7 weeks.
