By placing your order, you are supporting our environmental initiatives
Through the purchase of our paper packagings (Robin and Ben), we, in partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects (reforestation of tropical areas), plant one tree for every 100 paper pouches ordered. 🌳
For orders of our recyclable plastic materials, we donate 5 euros per order to the K.R.A.K.E. (Cologne-Rhine Cleanup Command Unit), which uses their innovative trash trap to collect plastic waste from the Rhine River and clean up local forest and natural areas.
Frequently asked questions about our cosmetics packaging
Which packaging material is best suited for cosmetic products?
In any case, make sure that your cosmetic products are highly protected against moisture, as they are often stored in the bathroom with high humidity. Accordingly, we recommend our transparent Toni with its high-quality ALox-based inner layer or our robust Robin with its paper structure and inner protective layer.
Which add-ons are useful?
If you choose the materials "Transparent Toni" or "Metallised Martha", you can print the "Made for Recycling" seal on your packaging. For Robin, Ben & Nils the FSC® seal is possible. For our biobased packaging Ben, you can also choose the "OK biobased" seal.
Most of our material variants have a pressure closure (zip closure) implemented as standard and are therefore available as resealable pouches (except Nils). If your product will hang on a shelf wall in the shop, we recommend a Euro hole and our flat pouches.
I don't have anyone to create the design for me. Can you do it?
No problem, we are happy to support you in creating your designs. As part of our design service, you can choose between three different packages. You can find more information here: design service
Where does the production of the cosmetic packaging take place?
All our flexible packaging forms are produced and printed in Germany and other EU countries. Proximity means that processes can be better controlled and optimised more quickly. Material safety is also always guaranteed. We avoid long transport routes and thus consume less CO2. After all, as a packaging manufacturer we have a great responsibility for our environment and put minimising our ecological footprint on our agenda every day.
How long is the delivery time?
The regular production and delivery time (standard) is 4-6 weeks for our stand-up and flat pouches and 4-7 weeks for our flat-bottom pouches. If you want it to be quicker, you can choose Express (3-4 weeks) or Express+ (10 working days) for our stand-up and flat pouches.
